What components make up a standard LPG dispenser?

Author:Wdmachine Date:2025-10-23

A standard LPG dispenser consists of several key components that work together to ensure efficient and safe gas delivery. These include the pump, flow meter, vapor return system, nozzle, display unit, and control electronics. The pump moves LPG under pressure from the storage tank, while the flow meter measures the exact volume dispensed for accurate billing.

The vapor return system captures excess gas vapor and returns it to the storage tank to prevent emissions and maintain system balance. The electronic controller manages all operations, displaying real-time data such as flow rate, price, and total volume. Many dispensers also integrate automatic cut-off systems that detect overpressure or leaks.

Each component must be precision-engineered to handle liquefied gas under pressure. Regular calibration and inspection of meters and valves help ensure long-term reliability. By maintaining these parts, LPG station owners can extend dispenser life and guarantee consistent fueling accuracy.
